Super friendly and helpful staff. (And very patient for those needing lots of extra help.) The staff was also very accessible, which is not always the case in most stores. The store was clean and easy to maneuver. The prices were reasonable and it was easy to download a coupon from he website. Overall, it made for a great and easy shopping experience.

I had a great experience at Michael's! The staff was incredibly helpful with preparing the helium balloons I ordered for my son's 4th birthday. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect—I really wanted to make it special for him, and they delivered. Everyone was friendly, patient, and made the whole process super easy. I miss Joanne's this place doesnt have fabric, bare minimum for crafting essentials, employees are not helpful or friendly. Half of the shelves are empty and a fourth have picture frames on them.

We enjoy this Michael's. They let us bring our dog in, very helpful if we are out running other errands. Always good prices or discounts on a lot of items. After holidays their inventory on clearance and discount items goes quickly but if you can catch it, they have fantastic deals. Prices year round aren't bad though and they have a good variety of most of whatever you should need.

Over all good place to get what needed but i notice and see if you loom a certain way they follow you and mske it known they following you and they make you feel uncomfortable even if your not doing anything wrong.
