Overall experience was great! Everyone we dealt with could not have been more friendly and professional. Dustin, Kenya and Xander were a pleasure to work with! We drove over a thousand miles to Omaha to pick up our new home and we’ll do it again on the next go around!

No issues with the sales or pickup on our 2024 Alliance Delta trailer. Our issues reside with the service dept and in particular Christina Eppley. We have had to deal with her on three service trips and the same issues each time, does not return calls or emails, promises to do something within a certain time frame then fails to deliver. Most recent trip in we listed that the pilot light on the oven would not stay lit. Was told the repair tech had no issues with the oven. When we went to pick up the trailer I asked the tech to show me how to keep the oven on and he was unable to get it lit........I had already paid $199 for the work they did on the oven (not sure how checking the pilot light costs $199 ?) and Christina told me she would prefer to just to use the $199 on some outstanding work that they were waiting for parts on. I said fine to that. Nearly two months later, no response on the pending parts and I contacted her and told her I wanted my $199 credited back to my CC. After a week of no response, I sent an email saying I was going to deny the cc charge for that service. She sends back that the parts are in and do I want to schedule install. I told her no and proceed with the refund. Three horrible, horrible experiences with her and would warn others to seek services elsewhere.

Beware of the service department!! We recently purchased our Brinkley Z3610 and traded our Airstream for a reasonable value. All went smoothly until pick up. We had to quickly move everything from our Airstream into the new rig because there’s no place to park and don’t even think of trying to do an overnight boon dock for a shakedown/settle in; the sales dept. said there was room and it was ok (but the service dept. didn’t agree). That was the first issue, next was everything they had a hand in doing. We had a new hitch ordered to be installed, they ordered the wrong one. We had a new hookup pin ordered to replace the Lippert, to go with the new hitch system and they ordered the wrong one - and not even the companion to the hitch they’d ordered. Then the shower bench install was at table height. The Bish’s tech said it was correct and we had to get Brinkley on the phone to tell them to fix it because it was mounted above the backer board and unsafe for use. Then we had 6 holes in the shower from the wrong install and were told they didn’t have time to fix it and we should ask someone else. So we had to get it fixed ourselves, luckily I had photos and a Brinkley trouble ticket for it so they had to pay for the fix. That’s another story, it was like pulling teeth to get them to pay for it so we could have the FiberNew technician in our area to fix it (the fix is great - Brinkley recommended this franchise to us and we recommend FiberNew). Last but certainly not least was the washer and dryer install. They installed it wrong and cut the hole extra wide (maybe to compensate?) but the dryer wasn’t connected so it could vent outside. This made the heat vent inside the cabinet and cause the walls in our bedroom to sweat. We had to remove the units which were bolted to the track inside the cabinet (the dryer cutout Brinkley had was sufficient for our units - Splendide). We’re thankful we didn’t have the Bish’s service dept do anything else (i.e., more damage). Bish’s service dept put a sour note on this entire experience. Their sales dept was great, our salesman Skyler was awesome, stayed in contact and had everything completed on our trade and sales side done with no issues. On another note, we stayed overnight at a nearby Walnut Creek RV campground park (just $20 per night) w/electric hookup only and a dump station, if you needed fresh water there was a fill up station and this was a great place! It was close to Bish’s RV and near enough to the highway to make getting out of town easy. By the way most of the RV parks nearby are closed for the season after about mid Oct, so be sure to plan for that. I’ve attached photos of the dryer vent (where they unnecessarily cut a larger hole) and just placed inside (hung over the edge) of the end cap (not connected to anything on either end) and the shower bench they installed; with an after pic of the holes fixed when we got home for the bench they incorrectly mounted.

Picked up our new Brinkley z 3100 this morning. Jay thoroughly explains everything about our new camper and fixed all of the minor issues that were found during the walkthrough. He also provided instructions for how to properly use the tools my truck had to offer while towing the trailer. I am extremely thankful to Jay for all of his help. He went way above and beyond! The rest of the crew on site were also very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Very happy with the whole experience!

Wonderful experience all around. We worked with Parker in sales and Jay in service. Both were extremely helpful. Jay made us feel comfortable with all the mechanics of our new camper and provided excellent customer service and lots of valuable tips and tricks.

Walking into the parts department felt like walking into a dirty warehouse. Reminded me of a 1970's auto parts store. They had a decent place on L street, this place doesn't make you feel like you're going to get the best customer service.
